Do I own the website?

The site is built, hosted and maintained by Site Squad for as long as you subscribe, and you have full use of it. Your domain, your content and your photos are always yours.

How fast is it?

A first draft within 24 hours of your quiz. Changes within hours. Going live takes a day or two more, mostly waiting for your domain to update.

Can I edit the website myself?

No, and that is the point. You email us what to change and we change it, usually within hours. If you want a drag-and-drop builder you log into, a DIY platform is a better fit.

Do you do SEO?

We build every site with the basics done properly: fast pages, clean structure, titles and descriptions, local business markup, your services and area written out, and a sitemap. We do not run ongoing SEO or link-building campaigns.

What if I hate it?

You pay nothing. No card is taken before you decide, so there is nothing to cancel.

Do you build online stores?

Small ones, yes: a short product list with a buy or order button, or a link into your existing Shopify or Square store. Large catalogs with hundreds of products and inventory are not what we do.

Do you work in my country?

Yes. We work with businesses anywhere in the world, in English and in other languages where the business serves its customers in them. Most of our clients are in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, and pricing is in US dollars everywhere.

Who hosts the website?

We do, on a global content delivery network with a security certificate, daily backups and uptime monitoring, all included in the monthly fee.

What about my domain?

You keep it. We point it at the new site. If you do not have one, we help you register one in your own name.

Do you write the text?

Yes. Every page is written for you, from your quiz answers, your current site and your Google listing. You correct what is wrong.

Do you take photos?

No. We use the photos you have, including those already on your Google listing or social pages with your permission, and we create neutral imagery where you have none.

What is included in $99 a month?

The design, the writing, hosting, the security certificate, backups, monitoring, your contact form, domain pointing, and all ongoing changes.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel any time, no cancellation fee.

What happens if I stop paying?

The site stays up until the end of the month you have paid for, then it is taken down. Your domain stays yours. If you come back, we can restore it.

Is it accessible?

Yes. We follow WCAG 2.1 AA practices: readable contrast, keyboard navigation, labeled forms, alt text, and text that scales.

Is it fast on phones?

Yes. Sites are built phone-first, with no page builders or heavy plugins, and are tested at phone width before you see them.

Will it show in Google?

Google will index it, and the structure, markup and local content give it the best start. Ranking for competitive searches takes time and reviews, and we tell you that plainly.

Will AI assistants find it?

We write every site so the facts are explicit and machine-readable: who you are, what you do, where, hours, services, prices where you want them shown. That is what assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity cite.

Do you do logos?

A simple wordmark is included if you have no logo. Full brand identity work is not.

Do you do booking systems?

We connect the booking tool you already use (Calendly, Fresha, Acuity, Square, Jane, Cliniko and many others) or add a simple request form. We do not build booking software.

How do changes work?

Email what you want changed. Small changes are live within hours, larger ones within a day. There is no per-change fee.

Do I need to provide anything before the draft?

Only the quiz answers. If you have photos or a logo, you can send them after you see the draft.

Can I see examples first?

The fastest way to see what we would build for you is to take the quiz; the draft you receive is your example, and it costs nothing.

Do you build in languages other than English?

Yes, where the business serves customers in another language. Tell us in the quiz.

What if my business has several locations?

We build a page per location with its own address, hours and map, under one site.

Can you add a blog or news section?

Yes, and we can post updates you send us as part of the included changes.

Do you provide email addresses?

We can set up email on your domain through your domain provider or Google Workspace; the provider charges for mailboxes, we do not.

Can the price go up?

Your monthly price does not change while you remain a subscriber.

How do I get in touch?

Is there a free trial?

Better: the finished first draft is free. You see the actual website before paying anything.

We say so before you spend a minute, and where we can we point you to a better option.
