Terms and conditions

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms govern your use of sitesquad.co and the Site Squad website service ("the Service"). The Service is provided by Empire Media Group FZCO ("Site Squad", "we", "us"). By submitting a request or subscribing you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

For a monthly subscription we design, write, build, host, secure and maintain a website for your business. The standard plan includes up to five pages, custom design and copy, mobile-first build, hosting, SSL certificate, backups at every change, software updates, analytics, lead capture and ongoing content edits and new pages within reasonable use. Online ordering, booking systems, e-commerce or additional pages are quoted separately.

2. Getting started and the 48-hour promise

After you submit the form we may contact you to confirm details. The 48-hour period starts once we have confirmed your order and received the information we need (your business details, services, contact information and any logo or photos you want used). If we do not deliver a site for your review within 48 hours of that point, your first month is free.

3. Review, approval and launch

We deliver a preview link for your review. You can request changes before launch. We launch once you approve, or connect your existing domain on your instruction. If you decide not to proceed before launch, you owe nothing.

4. Price and payment

The subscription is USD 99 per month, billed monthly in advance from the day your site is launched. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Payment is by card through our payment provider. If a payment fails we will notify you and may suspend the site until it is settled.

5. Term and cancellation

The subscription is month to month with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and no further charges apply. We may cancel with 30 days' notice, or immediately if these terms are breached.

6. Ownership and what happens if you leave

7. Edits and support

Reasonable use means the changes a single small business normally needs: text, prices, images, hours, team members, services and similar. Requests are handled by email and are normally completed within one working day. A full redesign, new functionality or new sections beyond the plan are quoted separately.

8. Your responsibilities

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party hosting and networks. Planned maintenance is done outside normal hours where possible. We are not liable for interruptions caused by providers, attacks or events outside our control.

10. Guarantees and liability

Apart from the 48-hour promise and the "love it or leave it" review process, the Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

11. Testimonials and portfolio

We may show your website in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or on this page. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

Your subscription is governed by the law of the state, province or country where your business is registered, and any dispute is heard in the courts there. You are never required to go to court or arbitration in the United Arab Emirates. The full terms are in the Site Squad Service Agreement, which every client signs before going live.
