This policy explains what personal information Site Squad ("we", "us") collects when you visit sitesquad.co, submit a form or become a customer, how we use it and the choices you have. Site Squad is operated by Empire Media Group FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in our form we collect your name, email address, phone number, type of business, your current website or Instagram handle if you provide it, and anything you write in the message field. When you become a customer we also collect your business details, the content and images you send us for your website, and billing details handled by our payment provider.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site and the campaign parameters (UTM codes) attached to the link you clicked.
• Cookies and pixels. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who visited our site. These set cookies in your browser. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and build, host and maintain your website.
• To send service messages about your site, your subscription and edits you request.
• To process payments and keep accounting records.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask for them.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business: hosting and domain providers, our payment processor, email and form tools, analytics and advertising platforms (including Meta), and professional advisers. Each is bound to use your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for up to 12 months. Customer records are kept for the life of the subscription and for as long afterwards as accounting and legal rules require, typically five years.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers may process data in other countries, including the European Union and the United States. Where required we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
